Online Purchases:

At Collins St. we want you to love your new item(s). If you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s) you may return all FULL PRICE merchandise for a refund within 10 days from your date of purchase, or if you are within 14 days of purchase you may exchange at that time for equal or greater value only. Any purchase outside 14 days is final sale. Exchanges are then final sale.

Online sale items where no additional discount or discount code is added can be returned for a refund or exchange within same time frame as above.

**Items that are additionally discounted on top of being on sale will be FINAL SALE. And any items listed as FINAL SALE online will be final sale with no exceptions.** example - discount code being used on item(s) already on sale.

Flash sales will be final sale and will be stated at the time of sale. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached.

Collins St. does not cover the cost of international returns. We ask that you please ship with a trackable option, as we can not be responsible for lost packages. If you are shipping from outside Canada please ensure to put "return" on the paperwork so that no additional duties are owing. If there are any broker or duties owing this will be deducted from your refund total. Any shipping fees paid are non refundable. Items must be received back to us within one week of return being initiated.

Online orders where "studio pick up" is chosen you will have 7 days from the day of purchase for a full refund.

In Studio Purchases:

All FULL PRICE items purchased in studio can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Anything after that time is non-refundable and final sale.

All SALE ITEMS purchased in studio are final sale - no exceptions. 

Online + In Studio Purchases:

Kindly note that intimates are exempt from being returned and will be final sale. Swimwear may only be returned if all tags are attached and all liners are still in place.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and then your refund will be processed. A refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take up to several business days to show on your account, depending on your financial institution or payment method used.

Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for an item, the cost of your original shipping amount paid will not be included in the refund total. If you deny a shipment you will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back which will be deducted from your return total.

If you haven’t received a refund, please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account; this varies for each financial institution.

Exchange Inquiries:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or item please reach out to us directly at hello@shopcollinsst.com.

Exceptions:

Holiday Season (December 1 - December 25) we will happily extend our return policy past the 10 days as long as it is unused and returned or exchanged by January 5.

Damaged Items:

We always ensure we are choosing quality brands but if there are any issues with your purchase or if for any reason you somehow receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately and we will be happy to resolve this with you directly.
