Refunds & Exchanges
At Collins St. we want you to LOVE your new item(s). If you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s) you may return all FULL PRICE merchandise for a refund within 14 days from date of purchase or if you are within 30 days of purchase you may exchange do an exchange for equal or greater value only.
All sale items purchased in studio are final sale. Sale Items placed online may be returned for an exchange only within 7 days of purchase. Items that are discounted on top of being on sale will be final sale.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
Please contact us at email@example.com prior to shipping anything back so that we can give you a return number along with return instructions.
Kindly note that intimates are exempt from being returned and will be final sale. Swimwear may only be returned if all tags are attached and all liners are still in place.
Collins St. does not cover the cost of returns. We ask that you please only ship back using Canada Post or United States Postal Service ( USPS). If you are shipping from outside Canada please ensure to put "return" on the paperwork so that no duties are owing. If there are any broker or duties owing this will be deducted from your total.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and then your refund will be processed. A refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take up to several business days to show on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account; this varies for each bank.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, however you may return for an exchange only within 7 days of purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. However if you need to exchange an item for a different size, kindly send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then give you instructions on sending back your item. Please do not ship back before hearing from customer service. Also note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost packages.
Holiday Season (November 1 - December 25) we will happily extend our return policy past the 30 days as long as it is unused and returned or exchnaged by January 15.
If for any reason you somehow receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately and we will be happy to fix the problem!
