$10 Flat Shipping for all Alberta orders over $100 - and free returns! All orders under $100 will be a flat shipping fee of $15.

Studio pickup is now available in checkout for those of you located in Calgary. Please ensure you do not come to grab your goodies until you receive your confirmation email that they are ready for pick up. 

For orders from all other countries flat shipping fees will be stated in checkout with express options as well. All returns and/or exchanges are at customers expense and must be shipped back using Canada Post or USPS if shipping from the USA and must include an RA number and tracking number. Please note duties and taxes are non refundable and we are unable to tell you what these charges might be.

If it is not allowing you to checkout with your shipping country please email us and we would be happy to help.

All orders placed will ship out within 48 hrs of time of purchase. Any orders placed between Friday 11:00 am and Sunday will ship out on the following Monday.

Kindly note we will do our absolute best to ensure your packages reach you by the estimated delivery date. Please keep in mind however, that the estimates are given by our shipping carriers and occasionally, packages may arrive later than expected. At this time, all of our orders ship via Canada Post (unless stated otherwise). All shipping totals with estimated delivery dates will be calculated when you checkout and our rates are set by Canada Post. The costs will depend on your location and package size.

For next day priority shipping, please contact us at hello@shopcollinsst.com prior to placing your order so that we can do our best to ensure that you receive your package when it is needed.

Duties and Taxes

Please note that international orders may be subject to duties and taxes and these amounts are to be paid by the customer and are non refundable. These amounts are established by your local custom authorities. Please contact your local custom authorities for this information. Also the price at the time of purchase may slightly change depending on your banks conversion rate. If you refuse any shipment do to duty and taxes owing you will not be refunded any shipping fees originally paid or the cost to have the item sent back to us.
